In our office, we obtain and use personal information such as your name and address for a number of purposes, including to confirm identity as required by the Law Society of Upper Canada, in order to sign documents for real estate and other legal transactions, to satisfy land registry system requirements in order to process a number of real estate transactions, to satisfy requirements in order to draft and execute wills and to prepare other legal documents as required.
