Lorne Shuman is a partner with Isenberg & Shuman, Real Estate lawyers, who acted for my wife and I during our purchase of a house. It was not a difficult
transaction, but we were concerned because we would both be out of town on the day of closing.
Lorne indicated that this would not be a problem and gave us a letter that clearly detailed the steps of the process we were entering into. In addition he
emphasized the action items that he required from us, and a timetable that we were to adhere to. We followed instructions and, as a result, the transaction
was completed on time, and without worry on our part. The house keys were collected by our Real Estate agent, and were ready and available at the time Lorne
said they would be.
Lorne is clearly an experience real estate lawyer, who provides sound advice and instructions. As long as you follow the instructions and adhere to the timeframe
he gives, the work will be done without worry or concern.
